Storyline:
Detective Mike Fletcher, rugged and obsessive cop, and his partner Kelsey Walker, are on the trail of a serial killer, who wanders the streets, focused on young street. When his teenage daughter disappears, Fletcher discovers that the killer has kidnapped her after taking her for a prostitute. Fletchers obsession goes into overdrive when it drops all professional restraint to get the killer and save his daughter.
