Storyline:
India Stoker (Mia Wasikowska) is not ready to lose his father and Richard's best friend (Dermot Mulroney), a tragic auto accident. Loneliness suddenly upended not just his family fortune timber, in a quiet and peaceful town unspoken somberness of his life at home following a mysterious accident, but the sudden arrival of Uncle Charlie (Matthew Goode), who she never knew existed. When Charlie moves in with her and her emotionally unstable mother Evie (Nicole Kidman), India feels the emptiness of her parents' death at the end is filled with his bloodline closer. Shortly after his arrival in India comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives. However, instead of feeling anger and horror, this young woman have no friends always admired him.
